Here Hear focuses on narrative treatment orientation, allowing users to freely express emotions and tell stories in a completely anonymous manner, objectively recording emotional indicators for a period of time, and providing a simple self-assessment. Use music therapy, mindfulness breathing meditation and listening to stories to alleviate the symptoms of depression, so that users can feel the warmth of companionship.

Narrative Therapy:
Narrative therapy belongs to the postmodern treatment orientation. Monk (1997) believes that the reality of personal cognition will be influenced by the social, cultural and political context. Narrative therapy helps the client to distinguish his or her own story from a strong story and re-construct a personal life story.

The most important key to narrative treatment is to guide the parties to tell their own stories and emphasize that the story is subjective rather than objective. The story will change slowly because of the thoughts, beliefs, and experiences of the parties. Even when it is a continuous and repeated narrative, each time the feelings brought to others are different.

When we turn from a victim in the real world to a storyteller, we have the uncomfortable feeling that we are able to take ourselves out of the situation first. At the same time, the storyteller can change the inner feelings of the main character of the story at any time, and then rewrite the ending of the story.

Through the guidance of the Here Hear system, users will be able to correctly recognize their emotions and feelings in the storytelling process, cultivate the ability to empathize and listen, not arbitrarily criticize or evaluate anyone, but only responsible for their own growth, developing their personal philosophy of life from their own stories and the stories of others. The longer you use it, the more capable you will be able to rewrite the feelings and endings of the stories, resulting in the process of self-healing.
 
Mindfulness Meditation:
Mindfulness meditation is a self-awareness method that focuses on the present and is completely open. Mindfulness has been confirmed by many studies and has a considerable improvement in mental disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, panic disorder, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, major traumatic syndrome and chronic pain.

Due to pathological factors, the negative thinking circuit of the brain will continue to circulate, causing cases to suffer mentally. Traditionally, drug treatment and psychotherapy are used to block negative thinking and re-establish a positive thinking circuit to help patients improve their mood.
